Incorporex adheres to, and stands behind, rigorous practices and policies in undertaking business registration services. Nevertheless, if for any reason as our client you are not completely satisfied with the services offered, as our valued client you may request that Incorporex revoke the registration application within thirty (30) days of payment and provide you our client with a refund. Incorporex will promptly credit the client’s credit card account (if the registration application was paid for via credit card) or otherwise reimburse the client via electronic transfer (Bankers Automated Clearing System enables automatic payments to be made from one bank account to another) for the full amount of the applicable fees paid for the registration (excluding cost of stamp duty and/or registration fees). To request a refund, please call our Contact Centre at 083 913 8450. This refund policy is not an exclusive remedy and does not limit other remedies that may be available to our clients.
