 Registration of a New Company Pty (Ltd)
Registration Procedure:
Download the necessary forms which we need to assist us in helping you to register the company.
Please make a copy of the Application Form and Power of Attorney for each shareholder and/or director who are subscribing to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the new company and have them sign both pages in permanent black ink. Please make sure that each director and/or Shareholder complete and sign the Application Form and Power of Attorney in full.
The Registrar requires the original signed documents for lodgement; therefore please post the documents to us at PO BOX 29536, SUNNYSIDE, 0132, alternatively post through POSTNET addressed to INCORPOREX, POSTNET PARKTOWN or contact us to arrange the collection of the documents via courier at an additional fee.
The registration fee includes all revenue stamps, VAT and tax registration and our service fee.
